2022 Online International Seminar on Smart Water

本次在线国际研讨会聚焦人工智能技术在智慧水务领域的应用，邀请入选爱思唯尔2021年全球高被引科学家、来自伊拉克艾恩大学的Zaher Mundher Yaseen博士、来自埃及萨达特城大学的Salah Elsayed教授、来自埃及Metrotec公司的Hossam M. Aboulenain博士、来自赞比亚恩卡那水司的Martin M. Mukange经理，以及来自杭州莱宸科技有限公司的李挺海外销售经理和浙江工业大学的付明磊副教授分享他们的科研工作。本次在线国际研讨会旨在促进省内企业和高校的科研团队，与非洲企业和高校的科研团队进行学术和技术分享，推动四方的产学研国际科技合作向更紧密、更高水平的方向发展。

1. 李挺（Ting Li）

李挺，男，1982年出生，2005年毕业于浙江工业大学机械工程与自动化专业，长期工作在海外销售一线，在水电气计量仪表行业有15年的海外销售工作经验。曾就职于电表行业头部公司华立科技集团，并于2013年加入莱宸，见证并伴随着莱宸共同成长已有9个年头。目前担任海外销售部部门经理一职，制定部门销售目标，维护客户关系，管理部门日常工作，整合内外部资源，统筹海外项目朝健康有序的方向推进。同时具体分管公司部分重点市场的业务，如埃及，印度，马拉维，坦桑尼亚，多哥等。

Ting Li, male, was born in 1982, graduated from Zhejiang University of Technology, majoring in mechanical engineering and automation in 2005. He has been working in the field of overseas sales for many years, and has 15 years of sales experience in the industry of water, electricity and gas meters. He used to work for Holley Technology Group, a leading company in the electricity meter industry. Joined Laison in 2013, he has witnessed and accompanied Laison to grow up together for 9 years. Currently serving as the department manager of overseas sales, he formulates departmental sales targets, maintains customer relationships, manages the daily work of the department, integrates internal and external resources, and coordinates overseas projects to a healthy and orderly direction. At the same time, he is in charge of the business of some key markets of the company, such as Egypt, India, Malawi, Tanzania, Togo, etc

2. Hossam M. Aboulenain

Hossam M.Abulenain毕业于埃及医疗技术学院，并获得机械工程学士学位。他于2003年获得了项目管理MBA学位，2005年获得了质量保证MBA学位。2007年，他获得了ISO认证审核员。他于2008年获得商业管理博士学位。他是美国职业商业经理协会（APBM）第224号会员。

Hossam M. Aboulenain graduated from Melitary Technical College, and his got the BSc. of Mecanical Engineering. He obtained MBA of project management in 2003 and MBA of qwality assurance in 2005. In 2007, he got certified  ISO Auditor. He obtained Ph.D of bussiness management in 2008. He is the Member No. 224 of the American Association of Professional Bussiness Managers (APBM).

3. Martin M. Mukange

Mr. Martin M. Mukange, MBA (Technology Management)学位，来自赞比亚Zambia的恩卡那水司（Nkana Water & Sewerage Company），是技术部门和智能水表项目的负责人。截止目前，恩卡那水司已经安装了超过35000台莱宸智能水表和系统，对当地自来水公司运营管理的信息化、数字化水平和运营效率有了较大的提升， 特别是在疫情期间帮水司解决了收费难的问题，保障了水司的现金流和正常运营。赞比亚的报纸和国家电视台对此做了深入报道，并在赞比亚全国推广智能水表方案。

Mr. Martin M. Mukange, MBA (Technology Management), from Nkana Water & Sewerage Company in Zambia. He is the director of the technology department and the intelligent water meter project. Up to now, Nkana Water & Sewerage Company has installed more than 35000 LAISON intelligent water meters and systems, which has greatly improved the informatization, digitization level and operation efficiency of the local water supply company's operation and management. In particular, during the epidemic period, it helped the water company solve the problem of charging fees, and ensured the cash flow and normal operation of the water company. Zambian newspapers and national television have made in-depth reports on this, and promoted the smart water meter program throughout Zambia.

4. Salah Elsayed

Salah Elsayed是埃及萨达特城市大学环境研究所自然资源评估系灌溉工程和排水专业的教授。他在德国慕尼黑工业大学生命科学中心获得农业工程博士学位。他在高影响力期刊上发表了55多篇论文。2018年4月至2019年4月，他在呼和浩特的内蒙古农业大学草原、资源与环境学院担任农业工程副教授。2014年1月15日至2014年7月14日，他在德国慕尼黑工业大学生命科学中心担任博士后。目前，他担任20多种国际期刊的审稿人和4种国际期刊的主题编辑。

Salah Elsayed is a Professor of Irrigation Engineering and Drainage in Evaluation of Natural Resources Department, Environmental Studies and Research Institute of Sadat City University, Egypt. He had Ph.D. degree in agriculture engineering at the Center of Life Science, Technical University of Munich, Germany. He has published more than 55 papers in high impact journals. He was Associate Professor of Agriculture Engineering in College of Grassland, Resources and Environment, Inner Mongolia Agricultural University Hohhot, China from April 2018 to April 2019. He had postdoctoral from Center of Life Science, Technical University of Munich, Germany From 15.01.2014 to 14.07.2014. He has served as a reviewer for more than 20 international journals and Topic Editors for 4 international journals.

5. Zaher Mundher Yaseen

Zaher Mundher Yaseen博士是土木工程领域的讲师和研究员。目前，他是马来西亚国立大学讲师。他还担任伊拉克艾恩大学的研究主任。他的研究范围相当广泛，包括水资源工程、环境工程、基于知识的系统开发、气候以及数据分析和人工智能的应用。他在国际期刊上发表了290多篇研究文章，引用总数超过9100篇（谷歌学者H指数=56）。他与50多个国际国家和500多名研究人员合作。他曾担任140多家国际期刊的审稿人和6家Clarivate期刊的学术编辑。他入选爱思唯尔2021年全球高被引科学家。

Dr. Zaher Mundher Yaseen is a lecturer and researcher in the field of civil engineering. Currently, he is as lecturer at the national university of Malaysia. He is also working as the research director at Al-Ayen university, Iraq. The scope of his research is quite abroad, covering water resources engineering, environmental engineering, knowledge-based system development, climate and the implementation of data analytic and artificial intelligence. He has published over 290 research articles within international journals and total number of citations over 9100 (Google Scholar H-Index = 56). He has collaborated with over 50 international countries and more than 500 researchers. He has served as a reviewer for more than 140 international journals and academic editor in more than 6 Clarivate journals. He is the highly cited researcher in 2021.

6. 付明磊（Minglei Fu）

付明磊，男，1981年出生，博士，副教授，硕士生导师。目前就职于浙江工业大学信息工程学院信息处理与自动化研究所，同时参与人机协作技术浙江省国际科技合作基地的管理工作。2010年毕业于浙江工业大学控制理论与控制工程专业，获工学博士学位。2017年入选浙江省高等学校中青年学科带头人。主要从事时间序列数据分析、移动机器人定位导航技术、无人系统智能感知技术等领域的研究工作。发表论文80余篇，授权发明专利20余项（其中成果转化7项），获得2015年高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(科学技术)二等奖、2015年浙江省技术发明二等奖和2012年浙江省科学技术二等奖。主持和参加国家自然科学基金项目、浙江省重点研发计划项目、国家重点研发计划项目子课题等10余项。付明磊开展深度学习应用、人工智能导论等课程的教学与实践活动，指导本科生和研究生获得“挑战杯”、“研电赛”等学科竞赛国奖5次，获评2019年和2020年中国高校计算机大赛人工智能创意赛优秀指导教师、百度飞桨开发者技术专家（PPDE）等荣誉。

Minglei Fu was born in 1981. He holds Ph.D. and is an associate professor and master's supervisor. At present, he works in the College of Information Engineering, Zhejiang University of technology, and participates in the management of Zhejiang International Science and technology cooperation base of Human-Robot Collaboration technology. In 2010, he graduated from Zhejiang University of Technology, majoring in control theory and control engineering, and received a doctor's degree in engineering. In 2017, he was selected as the young and middle-aged discipline leader of colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province. His research interests include time series data analysis, mobile robot positioning and navigation technology, and unmanned system intelligent sensing technology. He has published more than 80 papers, authorized more than 20 invention patents (including 7 achievements transformation). In 2012, he won the second prize of Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Award. In 2015, he won the second prize of outstanding scientific research achievement award of Ministry of Education of China, and the second prize of Zhejiang Provincial Technological Invention Award in the same year. He has hosted and participated in more than 10 scientific projects supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China, Ministry of Science and Technology of China and Zhejiang Science and Technology Department. Besides, he carried out teaching and practice activities of deep learning applications, introduction to artificial intelligence and other courses, guided undergraduate and graduate students to win five national awards in discipline competitions such as the "Challenge Cup" and "Electronic Design Competition", and won honors such as excellent instructor of the artificial intelligence creative competition of China University computer competition in 2019 and 2020, and he is also selected as Baidu PaddlePaddle developer technology expert (PPDE).
